2010 Mt Panorama, Bathurst Tyrepower HQ Challenge

A field of over 50 HQ's from around the country converged on Bathurst for the 2010 Tyrepower HQ Challenge, a support Category for the Bathurst 12 Hour Endurence Event. Practice and Qualifying this year, even under raining and slippery conditions, was a real credit to all drivers with no Red Flags and everyone managing to get a good number of laps under their belts, particularly the large number of guys heading to the mountain for the first time.

Greg Murray, Russell Seery and Ralph Hobbs made the massive trek across the country this year to fly the WA flag proud and, a great job they did! In a field of over 50 HQ's the WA boys all qualified for the 3rd and final race doing us proud taking 29th, 30th & 41st positions which is a great effort considering they had never tackled the mountain before and in such hairy conditions!
